Our annual golf fund-raiser is scheduled for Saturday, November 12, 2022, at the Kiskiack Golf Club. A 9:00 a.m. shotgun start is planned with lunch and prizes at the end of the round. The cost is $90.00 per player, or $340.00 for a team of four. Our emphasis again this year will be on recruiting sponsorships to raise necessary funds for the successful operation of the York-James City-Williamsburg NAACP Youth Council.
Volunteers with the “York-James City-Williamsburg branch of the NAACP”, do a fantastic job working with our area’s promising young people, teaching important lessons on citizenship, respect and self-reliance. Funds raised by this event help finance educational field trips, conferences, and support materials. The Youth Council plays an important role in developing our community’s future leaders.
Sponsorship Opportunities
All sponsors will be recognized on various Social Media platforms, all printed materials related to the event, and signage placed prominently around the golf course, as well as noted at the host and registration table. All of these funds go directly to supporting Youth Works/Youth Council.
