Motor parade from Highland Park to Bicentennial Park through Richmond Road, car show, live music, and dancing by Intense Fiyaaaaa and Won’t Stop Can’t Stop, community engagement vendors, with participation from the City of Williamsburg, the Highland Park Civic Association, Union Baptist Church, the African American Male Coalition, and the Omega Psi Phi fraternity.
