The Tech/Communications committee is responsible for developing, updating and monitoring the Branch’s communications policies, social networking accounts, and electronic discussion groups, as well as recommending new ways for the local Branch to communicate with its membership and other interested parties through alternative media.
The committee is also responsible for regularly updating and marketing information about Branch activities, Meetings, Direct Actions/Engagements, Outreach, and Technology Education.
Serves as the premiere technology resource for the Branch to promote media content consistent with fundamental NAACP goals which include the elimination of racial isolation and fear and the furtherance of multiracial and cultural understanding.
